Pressure washing prices
Seasonal stain cleans at fixed prices by size, checked against the satellite photo before we start. Added to a mowing visit there's no minimum; on its own it's $99 at least for homes ($115 for businesses).

Bigger than these? $2.50 a square metre for homes ($3.00 for businesses), priced from the satellite photo before we start.
- Ground level only: driveways, paths, porches, patios and courtyards. No roofs, gutters, walls or anything that needs a ladder.
- Water only, no chemicals, so nothing harmful goes on your garden or down the drain. Oil, rust, paint and tyre marks usually fade but may not come out completely.
- The wash water stays out of the street drain: we cover the stormwater pit, sweep up the grime, and send the water onto your lawn or garden.
- Victoria's water rules allow a stained driveway or path to be cleaned once a season, with a high-pressure cleaner that uses no more than 9 litres a minute. That's what we use. Cleaning during building or renovation is allowed too, and the rules don't cover rainwater: got a tank and pump? We can use your tank water.
- We use your outside tap (a double driveway takes about 500 litres). Please move cars, bins, mats and pot plants off the area, or tell us and we’ll work around them.
- Timber decks, soft sandstone, flaking paint or sealer, and concrete less than 4 weeks old: we look first and may leave them, so nothing gets damaged.
- The price is fixed before we start, from the satellite photo. If the area is bigger than booked, we tell you the difference and you approve it first.
Who it suits
- Homes. Add it to a mowing visit, or book it on its own. Renting? A clean driveway helps at the final inspection.
- Real estate agents. Ready for listing photos and opens, or a vacate clean before the final inspection, with before and after photos for your report. More for agents
- Builders and display homes. A handover clean of the driveway and paths of a finished home (concrete at least 4 weeks old), with before and after photos. More for builders

What happens on the day
Every visit runs the same way, so you always know what's going on.
- We tell you when we're coming.Your booking page shows the day and its forecast, and you get a text when we're on our way.
- You don't need to be home.Leave the side gate unlocked or tell us the code; it stays on our job sheet only. If you have a dog, keep it inside while we mow; we won't open a gate with a dog loose in the yard.
- Watch it get done.Your booking page ticks off each job as we go: front, back, nature strip, edges, blow, clippings, gate shut.
- Left tidy.Clippings in your green bin, or taken away if we agreed that. Paths, driveway and porch blown clear, gate shut behind us.
- If we can't get in or the weather turns,we text you and pick a new day together.

Straight answers
I got a nature strip notice from the council. Can you help?
Yes. The nature strip is included in every visit, and we can do just the strip if that's all you need. See nature strip notices for the council's rules and how to book.
I got a fire prevention notice for long grass. Can you help?
Yes, on house blocks and vacant house blocks: we cut it down and can take the clippings away. Pick "Knee high" and "One-off" in the questions. See fire prevention notices for what the notice means and how to book before the due date.
I rent. Can I book you before an inspection?
Yes. Regular mowing at a rented home is usually the renter's job in Victoria. When you book, pick "I rent it" and add your routine inspection or moving-out day. We aim to mow 1 to 2 days before. Add before and after photos when you book ($3) and they're on your booking page, ready to send your agent.
Can I book for my mum or dad?
Yes. Pick "A family member's place" when you book and add their name and mobile. We text them the day before so they know we're coming, and you get the price and the invoice. Add photos ($2–3) or a live stream ($15) when you book and you can see it done from wherever you are.
Can I get photos or a video of the work?
Yes. Before and after photos ($2–3), a short video ($6), the whole visit on video ($12) or a live stream you can watch on your booking page ($15). We can also make posts ready for your socials, from $6. Pick them when you book. We film the yard only, without sound.
Do you do pressure washing?
Yes: driveways, paths, porches and patios, priced by size (see Pressure washing above). Add it when you book a mow, or pick "Pressure washing only". We use water only, cover the street drain and send the water onto your lawn or garden. How we do it
Is the online price final?
No. It's an estimate from your block size and your answers. We text you a fixed price after seeing the lawn, in person or from a photo, and before any work starts.
Why do you need my address?
Your address is how we find your block on Vicmap, the Victorian government's land map. That gives us the block size, so you don't have to measure anything or wait for someone to come and look.
What happens to the clippings?
They go in your green FOGO bin if it has room. If it's usually full, untick that box on the last question and we'll sort it out when we confirm your price.
The grass is really long. Can you still do it?
Yes. Choose "Getting long" or "Knee high or more" and the first visit is priced for it. After that it's back to the normal price.
Do you do big blocks?
Online prices are for standard house blocks. For blocks over about 2,000 m², acreage, or shared grounds, we price after a look.
